Still deciding if we’re the right fit?

We get it! If you're considering scheduling a meet and greet but want a closer look first, take a peek behind the scenes. Explore real footage of the daily activities, enrichment sessions, and joyful moments that make our Academy so special—for both dogs and their people.
Let Beans and Leia show you around! Take a tour of our thoughtfully designed yard—full of enrichment opportunities, places to explore, climb, sniff, and relax. Every detail is made with dogs in mind.
At the Academy, problem-solving games are a daily part of learning and enrichment. Our team loves turning everyday objects into creative activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and get dogs thinking in new ways.
In this video, you’ll see a few of our favorites:
-
Scuba Dog – building water confidence and problem-solving as pups fish treats out of a bowl filled with floating toys.
-
The Confidence Box – a treasure trove of novel objects for dogs to dig through, explore, and discover.
-
The Spinning Cups Game – using an umbrella for extra novelty, dogs work on confidence and focus while trying to outsmart moving cups for treats.
-
Box Hunt – our classic activity where ordinary cardboard boxes become an exciting treasure hunt.
Each activity is designed to keep learning fun, fresh, and tailored to how dogs naturally explore the world.
We also focus on activities that build body awareness and impulse control—two important skills that help dogs feel more confident and balanced in their daily lives.
In this video, you’ll see:
-
The Box Course – dogs carefully step in and out of a series of boxes, practicing coordination, balance, and awareness of their own movement.
-
Circle of Stillness – a favorite impulse-control game where dogs practice holding a steady sit while a staff member walks around them in a full circle.
These simple activities help dogs slow down, think through their actions, and gain better control of both body and mind.
Lots of outdoor time! Being based in Arizona, we truly cherish the days when the weather lets us enjoy time outside. Fresh air is a great mental reset between activities, or the perfect break if a dog just needs to recharge. Outdoors, we love doing scatter feeds, setting up splash pads for play, and bringing back Scuba Dog to keep pups cool and engaged in the summer heat!
